adding tags to pages
-
Hi, I searched the forum and people say there is no way to add tags to pages except by using special plug-ins, etc. However, the theme I’m using right now states very clearly:
‘Gateway allows you to feature up to three Posts or Pages, by tagging them, and
then entering that tag in the Featured Content area of the Customizer.’
So is this a false statement or is it referring to a special way of adding tags to pages such the plug-in found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tag-pages/ advice pleaseThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Some themes allow you to include pages in a Featured Content area, in addition to posts. Those themes allow you to tag the pages for that purpose with a tag like “featured” or any other word you prefer. The themes that support pages in Featured Content can be found here:

HI! Thanks! The theme I’m using is on the list… I just had to access it through the older posting interface (via /wp-admin) coz I could seem to find it on the new wp cms.
Thanks! -
Ah, glad you found the spot to add a tag to the page in WP Admin!
I’ve reported the missing tag support in the new editor to our developers – but I’m glad you have a workaround for now. Thanks for the report.
