Adding text along footer.

  Hi,

  On Coraline theme, I’m wanting to add my company details along the bottom footer. Tried text widget and it doesn’t go all the way across the bottom footer??

  What am I doing wrong??

  My suggestion would be to put the info into a text widget at the bottom of the sidebar. Moving a text widget into the footer area can require a good bit of code to get it to fit where you want it, and the actual footer area in Coraline is not very tall.

  Also, it is hard to read the blue links on your blue background. I wish Coraline gave people the option of changing link colors without having to have the CSS upgrade.

  I cannot read any blogs using the dark version of that theme. The gray font parts and the deep blue links get lost in the background. I have to copy and paste all text onto a white background in order to read posts so it’s a a deterrent to me when it comes to subscribing.

  The theme team needs to provide a way to change font colors on themes where there is no background to the content area, such as on Coraline. If you want a medium dark background, as you say, it becomes difficult to read. With a black background, it isn’t so bad.
