Adding text animation to header.

  Hi, I am currently building a financial advising website on wordpress and am in need of a little help. I want to add a text animation onto my header image, where the text appears from the right to the left and stays on the center of the banner. I am completely new to css and website building in general so I was wondering if anybody could steer me in the right direction, whether it be suggesting a program or website where I could make this possible. Thank you very much.

  Are you talking about this site, http://gaviaasesores.wordpress.com/ ?

  If so, what you would have to do is to use the gigya shortcode as explained by Panos and put it into a text widget. Then you move that text widget up and over the header image using CSS positioning declarations.

  Would it also be possible to use an animated gif?

  Yeah, but they get so big so quickly that I would not recommend it. Each frame on an animated gif is a separate gif image.
