Adding text box in the header area

    Im trying to add contact phone number at the top of the screen (header).
    How do i do this?
    Also how do you centre text displayed on the page? I haven’t paid for / upgraded my package yet as i don’t want to until i know i can create the site i need. Does this affect what I can currently do?
