Adding text UNDER nav bar…

  Hello, I wanted to ask if someone could help me add an html code UNDER the navigation bar of my website. I have no clue how to do this… here’s the site: http://nintendogalaxy.net | I want it UNDER the nav bar, and OVER the shaded part, I want it on the background. That’s it.
