Adding the current page title to site header

    I want to add the current page title to the following section in the site branding div of the header, like this.

    <p class=”site-description”>In the heart of Coed Y Brenin</p>
    <p>Current page name will go here</p>

    My header.php only has the following code and I can find no reference in any other files to the html output.

    First of all, I’m confused with how this following code outputs the eventual html? Plenty of other header.php files in other templates have the html divs embedded, but not this one.

    Secondly, what php code do I use to add the current page name.
