Adding the tag cloud on the bottom of my website

  Hello,
  I have a personal blog and I use the Adelle theme.
  I would like to lighten the right side bar and moving the tag cloud on the bottom of the web site.
  Someone could suggest me how to do it?

  This support document explains how to add widget areas to a theme. If you have not yet done so, I would suggest creating a child theme so that any customizations you make will not be overwritten by a future theme update.
