adding the theme

  my website is hosted on wordpress.com ,up to this article https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ I cannot upload any theme over here, just only do it by wordpress.org that I have to install. Should I have another account ? What should I do then with my Premium account on wordpress.com ? do I pay anything for .org ?

  With WordPress.com hosted sites you choose your theme from our showcase at wordpress.com/themes/ Is that where you are having trouble?

  Custom third party themes are not supported on WordPress.com hosted sites.
