  I would like to add the ‘ashe theme’ The cost is $59 is there any additional fees I should be aware of? Can I add it to my account?

  You can’t upload third party themes (and plugins) to a site on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Thank you! How do I know if i have a business plan or not already? When I upgrade it to monthly it says there is an annual fee. I already pay an annual fee.
  Do they calculate that into what I already pay for premium? I’m confused.
