Adding Tumblr Comments To Blaze Campaign – I can only respond to one comment

So i started a campaign and enabled Tumblr comments, and anytime anyone leaves comments on the tumblr ad/post, I respond to comments and rarely does the comment ever appear. It seems completely arbitrary. What gives? Right now i’m looking at tumblr post linked to my ad and it will only display my comment responses to one particular person in the comments section, but not my replies to the comments from anyone else.

can someone please explain, on my blaze frontend in wordpress it says i have several comments on my tumblr ad post, but only 2 are shown despite the replies i gave to said comments. please advise.

Hi there!
I beleive you may be using the Tumblr native posts feature, however, I’d be happy to look further into this if you could confirm it with us.
Could you also share the comment notifications you’re getting about these, please?

Thank you so much, looking forward to your help. So as you can see, when i reply with my username (FavianG) in the comments, my responses appear on only a few of the comments, when in reality i’ve responded to everyone, and the true response count is accurate when I open the ad campaign details on the wordpress dashboard for ad campaigns, despite my comments not appearing on the tumblr/blaze comments section..

Ok, I launched a Blaze ad for the same WordPress Post again, and I still see the problem. There are technically 3 comments counted for using the WordPress Control Panel, and I can read read them from there. However, going to the blaze ad, either logged in from my Tumblr Login, or viewing it in a browser that is not logged in, only one comment is visible, despite for a fact that I know there are 3

In fact it says 6 comments on the Blaze/Tumblr ad/post, but only one is visible. See below,

on this one, i replied to one of the comments on one of the my recent tumblr ad/post and it’s not appearing at all. what decides what gets seen/visible? is there a delay? please help the wordpress reddit community is not helping and just directing me here.

Hi there! Thanks so much for your continued patience while we’ve been looking into this.
We’ve done some digging and it looks like the issue may be related to how replies across reblogs are being counted and displayed on Tumblr Blaze posts. So comments shown on the Blaze dashboard are split over the the Tumblr post and Reblogs.
This does seem like a bug though and we’ve filed a report with the team to investigate this further and improve how these replies are surfaced.
While I don’t have a specific timeline to share just yet, I want to assure you that this is on our radar and we’ll be keeping an eye on any updates. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you have more questions or notice anything new on your end.
