Adding unsubscribe button

  How do I add an unsubscribe option to my E-mails? I am using the publishpress plugin for my weekly notifications/newsletter but do not see any option for adding the unsubscribe button. Is there one?

  I would also like to delete this post because it was not phrased in the best way but I can’t see the delete button. If someone could help me with this too it would be great!
