Adding url to widget
-
When I add any information inside of a widget url, text etc, the url goes blank when I save my changes. The widget then becomes inoperable. The previous image is gone. This is the same for all of my blogs regardless of which theme I use. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you had any luck with this? I have the same problem. I have never had widget troubles before.
-
No I haven’t any success. This gone on for two months. I tried various themes and still nothing.

thanks for your reply, I actually just emailed you but please disregard. It looks like you have working widgets now, but I guess they aren’t the ones cause you the trouble.

Have you tried this for Text Widgets?

Should not be a theme issue

I haven’t but I will try now, that might be a work-around for the Image widget.
I am also having this trouble with the twitter widget. I put info in the box, but when I press “Save” it disappears from the box.

Auxclass your suggestion worked perfectly. Thank you. Jim Woods, this could help you too.
Timethief I will try to use the ` for the code in the Twitter Timeline widget. It’s basically acting the same as the Image widget. I am putting the code from the widget generator in the box, but it disappears when I press Save.

Yes, the Text widget can be used as an Image widget, using the instructions linked by Auxclass.
Not sure about the other widgets, but I’m working on them.
