Adding user

  Hey, I added a user based on the steps given to add users and the user continues to go to a screen that says “your not allowed to access this page.”

  I went to add user> insert the required info (Username and password most importantly) > selected their role as an editor > saved and updated the profile > and sent them their user name and password info. told them to start at http://www.mysitedomain.com/login

  Am I missing a step?
