Adding user that has existing WordPress account

We have a person that has their own Wodpress account but would like to have their blog post show up on our corporate blog. How do I connect them?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can add multiple users to any blog you own. That will give those users the ability to create content on your blog (not auto-post content from their blogs on yours).
You can add new users by going to Users ->Add New in the dashboard. Users will have to accept the invitations before they will be able to post on your blog. Please make sure you understand in which role you add users, as that will determine how much they will be able to do on your blog, like just write content, publish their own, edit and delete content of others, or even have total access to the site.
