Adding User to existing account

  I am experiencing an issue when trying to add a new user. It is asking me to input a password, but there is no field to add a password. Can someone help me with adding a new user to my account?

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your WordPress.com account under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to look it up in our system so we can take a closer look.

  Hi!
  It is not under my account. I am the user we are trying to add. Shawna Nordlander is the user and the account is for Holm Elementary, the url is http://holm.dpsk12.org/. Any help is much appreciated!

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
