Adding Users..

  I’ve recently starting adding users to this blog, however the process seems to be impossible without the invited user who already having a WordPress Blog, which they don’t have or require.

  In the final screen users are invited to enter in a blog address, without which they cant move on.

  However this isn’t what I want. I simply need to create a new user who doesn’t want their own blog.

  Am I missing something basic here?
