Adding users doesn't work.

When trying to add a contributing user (as admin, editor, author etc), the invitee receive the email link but on accepting the invitation they get the message, “Sorry, this activation code is for another blog. Please ask the blog owner to send another.” Inviting as follower worked at the same time.
