adding users without them having to register

  I would like to create a blog that can be accessible to friends and family without them having to register for wordpress. Kind of like other places have previously incorporated the option where readers can enter a personalized username and password. Does wordpress provide this service? Or am I just going to have to ask everyone to sign up just to read my blog?

  I’m sorry but the users you add do in fact need to register a username – they do not need to register a blog. See here for instructions for how to proceed:
