  I have made a movie for my business with iMovie and it keeps telling me for safety reasons it won’t let me use that format.

  To be able to upload your video directly to your blog/website, you will need the Premium or Business plan using the VideoPress feature.

  Or else, you can upload your video to supported services, such as YouTube and Vimeo. Copy and paste the URL from your address bar — on its own line — into your post, publish the post, and you’re done!
