Adding viewers

    I have been trying to add new viewers to a private blog and I have all the information entered but the button to add them is light blue and unclickable. I don’t know what to do.

    Hi there,

    How many viewers are you trying to invite? Our system has a limit of 10 invitations at a time to prevent the feature being abused to send out spam, so if you’re trying to add more than 10 it won’t let you send it out. In that case, try inviting the first 10, wait an hour or so, then send out the next batch, and so on.

    If that’s not the problem, can you please tell me the URL of the blog where you’re trying to invite people, and one or two of the email addresses/usernames you’re trying to invite?
