I am trying to add viglink to all my pages. I am not sure how to upload and save into template as the sight has advised I do this. I have signed up for viglink but cant attach it to my wordpress. please HELP ! THANK YOU

You can add non-built-in plugins to a WordPress.org site, but not to a WordPress.com site. However, the “Plugins Request” section of the Plugins support page says:
If there is a plugin that you feel is a must-have and would benefit users on WordPress.com, then please let us know in the ideas forum! Tell us what plugin you want, where it can be downloaded and most importantly, why you think it should be included on WordPress.com. All of the feedback is read, and we’re collecting the most numerous requests for implementation.

The likelihood of that being implemented seems low. This is why.
1. Auction sites are not allowed.

No blogger initiated advertising for driving traffic to third party sites is allowed here on wordpress.COM hosted blogs. PPC is not allowed. Affiliate marketing banners and any and all advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com are not allowed.
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.

Some bloggers create a contact form https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ on a page and after the people have made a PayPal donation they provide the link to a private page for downloading files. Maybe that will work for you.

1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
