  hello support team, i would like to upgrade and embed an ip adress with weather cam. which app do i need ? i would also like to buy a domain together with it

  At this time, the only video feeds are the ones listed here. No upgraded plans support this feature at this time.

  You might consider a self-hosted (at a hosting provider other than WordPress.com) site. This document explains some of the differences in what you can do with a self-hosted site vs one here at WordPress.com.
