Adding ‘widgetize it’ Plugin

  I want to activate and utilize the plugin at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widgetize-it/. I understand to use the widget on my wordpress.com blog, the plugin first has to be installed and activated. Is there anyway you can do this or am I able to do it on my end?

  Plugins cannot be added to a blog hosted at WordPress.com. They are only for blogs using the software from WordPress.ORG.

  I pretty much figured that was the case. How do they decide what plugins to make active for everyone……oooh I wonder.
