adding widgets to a static page, is it possible?

  Hi

  Is it possible to add widgets to a static page?

  I am considering using the Forever theme and the blog I need help with is tracyfox.co.uk

  Here is your theme’s description http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/clean-home/ Please scroll down to “Widgets”. Clean Home has two widget areas, one sidebar on the right and a header area The header widget area populated with a Text Widget.

  Widgets are not added to either posts or pages. They can display only in sidebar areas and footer areas specifically designed for widgets. That being said, widgets now have “visibility” settings so we can select which pages they display on. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility
