Adding widgets to the sidebar

  I have looked for almost a half hour or more, I can’t find how to move my widgets from the footer to the side of the home page

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, the theme you are using, Balasana https://wordpress.com/theme/balasana does not currently support a sidebar on either its static home page or its blog/posts page, where all posts are listed.

  There are some Blocks that might work for you if added to the static front page or individual posts directly:

  Another option is to switch to one of our older WPcom themes. Have a look in the theme showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ and filter by columns for suggested themes.
