Adding wordpress blogg to a godaddy site

  I am not techy at all, but have just built a godaddy site and want to add my wordpress blogg to it, but it’s not working…….can anyone “dumb” this down for me?????

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can export your content and import it to your new WordPress installation:

  What kind of a site do you have on Godaddy? Is it a plain html site or is it a WordPress.ORG install?

  A link to the Godaddy site would also help us to give you advice on the options
