Adding WordPress.com "follow me" widget to WordPress sites with other hosts?

  Is there a way to add the lower right hand corner “follow me” widget that appears on all wordpress.com pages to wordpress sites hosted with other providers? It is spiffy and I would like to add it.

  It’s only a WordPress.com feature at this time, but we may add it to Jetpack some day.
