adding ‘you may also like’ linked within feature to wordpress blogs

  Hi

  I would really like to add a thumbnail ‘linked within’ feature to each of my posts, but although I can see it’s easy to do on blogspot blogs, it seems that it’s impossible on wordpress blogs……or is it?
