Adding YouTube videos

  YouTube videos show only as a link. No picture appears.

  I have added YouTube video links in my posts through the normal process. Only the link appears and not the video picture. What has changed?

  The most common reason for that is that the YouTube link is hyperlinked. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/#troubleshooting
  I never have this issue as I use the youtube shortcode http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/#embedding-with-a-shortcode and it has never failed to work for me in my blogs.

  TimeThief – Thanks for the help. I had to literally add the code format to display the Youtube picture. No link or hyperlinked code was added.
