Adding/changing Cname for email purpose

I have a domain name through GoDaddy but a blog on WordPress.com. I recently changed my URL to be directed straight to my Blog and now I’m having trouble accessing my email (which is hosted through GoDaddy) and cant get it to set up to any devices, such as my phone.
GoDaddy told me that I have to change/edit my Cname for mail to pop.secureserver.net but I have no idea how and where to do this.
Can anybody please help me?
