adding/inviting a user as an admin

  i know i can invite a user to be an admin to my blog. my question, if i invited someone to be an admin, would he/she be able to delete me (users—> all users –> remove)? if the answer is yes, what does that mean? does it mean that i can not logon to my blog anymore? would my blog domain name still exists?

  As the blog owner, another admin won’t be able to delete you. But giving another person full power over your site could be a source of other problems, both technical and personal. Best to have only yourself as admin and invite others to be editor, author, or contributor.

  Yes, well, I’m co-Admin on sites for two of my sisters-in-law and while they assure me they want to to stay, and no we’ve not had any conflicts, I still feel uncomfortable about it. I don’t do anything unless they ask, and they haven’t needed help for over a year, but they want the hand-holding in case anything goes wrong with their sites. An editor role would suffice, or sil role is plenty. Still…
