adding/naming new categories

  Help!

  I’m trying to add a new category (named “stone soup”) to my list of categories for my blog, and every time I try since yesterday, it just adds a new category called “Uncategorized” instead.

  Am I doing something wrong, or is there a limit/cap on how many categories you can add to your blog? Because I don’t know how to delete categories either, if that’s even possible.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. I can see your category “Stone Soup”:
  http://costak.wordpress.com/tag/stone-soup/

  And don’t worry about category “Uncategorized”. You didn’t “add” it. It’s just there by default. You can reassign a default category.
