[Addis theme] Internal links not opening on new tab

  We have all links set to target=blank, and all external links open on a new tab. However, all internal links pointing to seperate pages on the site open in the same tab. Anyone else have this problem or have a solution to offer? Thanks!

  Hi there, we don’t have a theme called Addis here on WordPress.com.
