Hi, due to a change in our website we recently cancelled our wordpress account and removed all the credit cards from the payments option. Our Out of School Hours program must have a separate account and has had their credit card charged for the annual fee. I am new to the school as are the out of school hours co-ordinators, are you able to help us with the account details for them so this account can be cancelled also.

It used to belong to http://www.billanookps.com i think. We are not really sure only that our credit card was debited and shouldn’t be.

Hi Lani, that domain actually hasn’t had any upgrades here. The original site you listed does have a premium theme, but that’s a one-time purchase that won’t renew.
Are you seeing any recurring charges that mention wpchrg.com ? If so, can you go to that site and fill in the information? It will help you know what site they’re related to, and will then let you contact billing support.
