  ok, so i want to add another blog – but I don’t want it associated with my other blogs. AT All… so how do I delete it from my sites and create a new one with a new email?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, if you wish to keep the site address of the blog that you want to have with the new email, you may first create a new account (with the new email) and transfer the blog ownership to the new account.

  If you delete the site from your current account, you’ll not be able to re-use the same URL again with the new account.

  Delete a Website

  Note from the article: Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourusername.wordpress.com).

  except I cannot find the page to create a new wordpress account – it keeps kicking me back to my other account.

  You may want to first log out from the current user then only create a new WordPress.com account.
