Additional Charges

    Additional charges keep being imposed in order to move forward & publish my website & I don’t understand for what, where, or why.
    I purchased a Premium membership & am trying to use my one free site. However, it is trying to charge me anyway, no site has ever been published.
    Also I keep running across messages that prohibit me to use a feature because I need to upgrade to Premium… why am I receiving that limitation when I already paid for a Premium membership?

    This has been so stressful & seems way more difficult than it needs to be.
