Additional email accounts

I’m in a complete circle of adding new email accounts to my domain. Can anyone help me?

Hi there,
Of which domain are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any domains on WordPress.com.
You are a user on the site, maryenglelpc.com, but that site and domain belongs to another WordPress.com account,
maryenglelpc, and only that account has the ability to purchase additional G Suite licences for that site. -
I’m the administrator on the domain maryenglelpc.com but i can get Mary to login but we were not able to find it either as we were on webex together.

Mary will need to go to this link: https://wordpress.com/email/maryenglelpc.com and click on the button Add G Suite User.
She will need to complete the form under the ADD EMAIL ADDRESSES section for each additional user license. She will be asked to pay for the additional license as the last step.

sure wish it did. this is the vicious circle we’re in as when you go to add a user, it says to contact your reseller which is automatic. When you click that link, it takes you back to wordpress and you start all over again.

Hi there,
I checked Mary’s account and it appears that she’s in the middle of the process of setting up an email. There is a message in her dashboard that should prompt her with the last instructions to complete the form. Is she clicking the
finish setupbutton and being asked to contact the reseller? -
