Additional information on email settings

    I have Checkout Fields PRO and in the “Order” section of Settings/Billing/Shipping/Order it is supposed to display important information from the customer such as Delivery date, authority to leave package, gift card message and others.

    When I receive the new order email, the only additional info that comes up is the delivery date and authority to leave. How do I get it to include this other information in the email I receive so my staff have all info for the order in the one email? However, when I create a new field in shipping, it shows up, but I would like all this information under the one heading of ‘additional information.

    I think it has something to do with my coding, which says this:

    Could someone please advise me what I am doing wrong?
