additional options not showing up in the 'Edit Domains' area.

    The ‘Domain Contacts’ and ‘Transfer Domain’ options are not displaying in the ‘Store’ > ‘My Domains’ > ‘Edit Domains’ area.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The domain risingstarscleaning.co.uk was not registered through WordPress.com and therefore cannot be modified through our interface.

    When I do a WHOIS search:
    http://who.is/whois/risingstarscleaning.co.uk

    It looks like the registrar is http://www.123-reg.co.uk so if you log in to your account there, you can modify your domain information through them.

    Thanks @Jackiedana, however the domain name in question is actually risingstarscleaning.com that was purchased through WordPress store but for some reason it wouldn’t let me list it when creating this support thread.

    The good news is I did a WHOIS and wordpress purchased it via Weebly to which I was able to login to using details provided by WordPress.

    I have done WP domain transfers before using WP’s ‘Transfer Domain’ options and have never come across them using Weebly before.

    All is good now though =]

    The domain risingstarscleaning.com also wasn’t registered through WordPress.com. Instead, only domain mapping was purchased to map it to a site hosted here. That’s why you weren’t able to manage it here.
