Additional page/post on menu

  I am trying to organise my pages for a static site (static at the moment, I may add a blog component later). There appears to be a page which I cannot get into to change! It appears to be the landing page so, annoying. It doesn’t show up as a page or a post for alternations. It does show in the menu but I can’t seem to edit from the menu section. I am sure there is something I am just not getting. Any relevant information appreciated. Thanks.

  Please check what is set for Front page displays in Dashboard > Settings > Reading screen.

  You seem to have added the same link to the both menu items. Please review Dashboard > Appearance > Menus screen to see how the menu and links are organized.

  Please check Dashboard > Pages > All Pages to check what pages have you created.
