Additional text in automated password generated message via email

    When someone is registered on my blog, he gets a generated password via email, and that is an automated message.Can I put some additional text in this automated replay email, so when he received a password , he also get what I offer him in my blog with some rules that I want to be present to him in this email. And where can I put this extra text, or do you have some plug in that I can use in association with this automated message
