Additions to site and also delete the third unneeded blog

  I decided to keep my site here on wordpress.com.

  Now, I want it to have a “user forum” where people can leave comments in threads of discussions.

  Do you have a plug-in for that, and can I install it without being a professional at it?

  Also, the third blog, which is called “Polynomial Solution of the NP-Complete Problems” is not needed, because it is duplicate in content, (if it actually worked, which it cannot, because the database was deleted).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use plugins at WordPress.com. You can register a forum somewhere else and link to it either from a custom menu or from a text widget here.

  You can delete a blog from its Dashboard Tools page, but deletion is permanent and irreversible, so we generally just suggest you set it to Private on the Settings->Reading page.
