  I can not install plugins at all and when I go into wp management I click on plugins and it brings me to the plugin store and it does not let me install

  What is the address to your site?

  Please note that you will need to upgrade to the Business and eCommerce plugins to install plugins on your site.

  And @mg7677841 it’s true: if you have outside plugins you’d like to install on our managed hosting service, you will need our Business plan, because outside plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance.
