AddOn for deleted website

  Hi, we had a website running on wordpress which was deleted and is now running on Hubspot. Unfortunately there is still the CF7-Styler-Pro licenses running for each year and we cannot cancel it since we cannot access to the site anymore. Could you please help me here?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Please contact support directly at the plugin marketplace where you bought your license for that plugin.

  The forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We didn’t host your site, and don’t sell a license for that plugin, so we’re not able to help you with this here.

  Thank you for your reply. Do you know where I can contact them directly? Unfortunately I can’t find a direct support or contact page for the marketplace, I always end up here.

  Hi there,

  You can check your bank or card statements to find the seller’s name. Also, you can search your email messages for a receipt or license from that purchase.
