  Hello to all with imaginations,
  Can somebody please tell me after creating my web pages, publishing them; why can I not find my address publicly?
  Meaning; with my codes there are no problems but somebody new will not be able to find me.
  What step am I missing?

  You are missing the part about it takes 4 to 7 weeks for a new site to be indexed by search engines – and that is only if their is content worth indexing

  You have a 7 hour old site with one small Post – search engines are barely aware that you exist – you need to add content
