  Hi,

  You can do that by going My Site >Domains > Select the blog > Change Site Address

  But if you want to change it to remove the .wordpress.com you would need to upgrade your site to a WordPress.com plan. After you upgrade you can, Register a new domain through WordPress.com, Transfer or Map a domain you already own.
