Hi there!
Are you talking about journeywithsofi.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.

Hi There – I am trying to change the address on the bottom of this page, but it’s not working: https://www.rainierlodging.com/?post_type=hb_room&p=12081&preview=true
Can anyone help?
Thank you!

Please don’t post into unrelated threads created by other people.
Your site is also not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider.
That address appears to be added in a footer widget on the site, so log into WP-Admin and go to Appearance ->Customize ->Widgets. Expand the Footer widgets option there, and make changes to the widget displaying that info.
For more help with this, please contact support for the theme you’re using directly.
General help with the version of WordPress you’re using is provided by the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Hi @dankupper – Again, because your site is not hosted on our servers, our support tools do not allow us to help you directly. We are unable to determine the theme you are using, for example.
To find support for your theme, you will need to first look on the backend to find the name of your site’s theme. Then, do a Google search for the theme name to see if you can locate the creators of the theme. If you can, find their support contact and reach out to them. Just as well, search for the theme name and “documentation” as well to see if you can find any setup guides floating around on the Internet.
For all other questions, as my colleague mentioned, you will need to turn to the WordPress community (at WordPress.org): https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Good luck.
