  First, could you tell me if you’re using a WordPress.com or self-hosted website? If it is a WordPress.com, could you be a bit more specific about the details you’re trying to change?

  Could you give me the URL of the website? Also, could you tell me, by ‘address’ what are we aiming for? Is it a physical address presented on your website that needs changing or is it on your account profile?
