address and theme issues

    I just purchased jodiedunne.wordpress.com and I think I may have deleted as it says that this address is no longer available because the author deleted it. HELP. I also stupidly thought that the address would read jodiedunne.com NOT jodiedunne.wordpress.com so it isn’t entirely what I thought I was purchasing. How do I get it back? Or how do I get a refund? And/or how do I get the address so it reads jodiedunne.com?

    Is there anyway I can make the blog name just jodiedunne not jodiedunne1?

    I have also just purchased a theme, X – The Ultimate WordPress Theme from ThemeForest. I can’t seem to see where it is on my dashboard that I can install a theme. HELP! What am I missing?

    I have created multiple websites using wix and haven’t found it this hard, I don’t remember wordpress being so difficult from when I use to use it. Maybe I have just forgotten how to use it. You help would be appreciated I would really like to get this site up.

    I want a blog as a part of the site not as the primary format for the site. I would like it to have a static home page and other pages including a blog. Thanks

    Hi there,

    It looks like jodiedunne.wordpress.com was, in fact, deleted. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to undelete a blog address once it has been deleted by the owner. However, currently, you have the Premium bundle set-up on jodiedunnedotcom.wordpress.com. In order to set-up jodiedunne.com, you will just need to follow the steps here:

    Register a New Domain

    Please note, you shouldn’t have to pay anything extra as the domain is included in your Premium bundle.

    As for setting up a static front page, you can do that following the instructions here:

    Set the Homepage

    Thanks Jeremy,

    Could you please advise why I was charged for the premium bundle when I signed up to the 14 day free trial? I would like to cancel the free trail and not go ahead with the premium bundle. I would appreciate it if you could arrange a refund of the money I was not expecting to be charged.
