Address on file

I am trying to purchase/upgrade my account. When I go to run my credit card it comes back declined. I call my bank and they stated that the reason it is being declined is because you have an address on file for me that doesn’t match my actual address. I’ve tried to find and edit which address you have on file for me, but I can’t seem to find that in my account settings.
My address should be my home address: [redacted]
I believe I set this account up in January of 2015 with our company address. I need to change that.
After that is done, I should be all set to update my credit card information and my plan. Please let me know where I can update my address.
